Introduce kids to the art of tapestry weaving in this creative and hands-on workshop! Designed specifically for young crafters, this class will teach the basics of weaving on a small loom. Kids will learn how to warp their loom, choose colors, and use different weaving techniques to create their own mini tapestry. By the end of the class, each child will have a beautiful, handmade wall hanging to proudly display.

Weaving is a wonderful way to develop fine motor skills, enhance creativity, and encourage patience—all while having fun! No experience is necessary, and all materials are provided.

Materials Provided:

• Tapestry loom
  
• Yarn in a variety of colors and textures
• Wooden dowels for hanging the finished tapestry
• Weaving needles (safe for kids)
• Scissors and simple embellishments 

What you will bring home:

A completed mini tapestry, a loom for continued weaving, and newfound skills to keep creating at home!

Choose between purchasing a loom kit or renting a loom when registering for this class. If you rent a loom, a rental form must be signed before class begins.
