Summer Sweaters

More of our summer yarns have arrived and we're so excited to see what you make with them! Be sure to checkout our new summer yarns display in the front of the shop. We have 100% cotton and cotton blends in a variety of weights. 

We have two samples in the works for the shop. Kaitlyn is crocheting the Zig-Zag-Zummer top by Nomad Stitches using a new yarn: Botanika. Evette is knitting the Anker's Summer Shirt by PetiteKnit using Cascade Pandamonium. The Anker summer shirt is likely to be done by the end of the week, we're hoping to see a finished Zig-Zag-Zummer before summer is over. 😅

Summer Fiber Camp!

A Celebration of Fiber Arts

Details to Remember for Kids:

• Max of 8 students per week
• Ages 7-14
• Register for AM, PM or full days
• Three weeks to choose from, each featuring different fiber arts
• Cost covers all required materials for camp projects

What's New

Introducing the latest additions at Warm and Wooly:

Coastal Cotton Family

Coastal Cotton is a regular shop favorite, and now available in even more colors! We have new solids, speckles and the "coral reef" collection. More than just a yarn for dishcloths, Coastal Cotton is now available in solids and speckles in a sport weight. This is a great affordable and breathable yarn for your summer sweaters!

HUGE Bryson Order

We've been slowly rearranging to make room for our most recent Byrson order! Here's what to look for the next time you're in the shop:

Della Q Linen

Our first Della Q order was such a hit, order #2 came quick! We got new colors of products that came in our first order (including two new colors of the Maker's Hat Box) as well as brand new products, like three bags in the new linen collection! The linen products we have aren't even on Della Qs website yet and we're one of the first shops to get them. They're amazing!

Upcoming Classes

Crochet 101 for Kids

Thursday nights from 5pm-6pm

To accommodate a variety of skill levels, our kid's classes can be signed up for one week at a time. For brand new crocheter's, we recommend signing up for 3 classes in a row and then taking classes as needed. We will continue weekly kids classes until the end of June, and then take a break for our Summer Fiber Camp. 

Crochet Block of the Month

Saturday, May 18th

May's block of the month is a granny square! If you've never made one or need to brush up your skills, join us for this class! Open to anyone, even if you have not taken other block of the month classes.

If you're brand new to Tunisian crochet, this class is for you! Learn the basics of Tunisian while making an adorable mug rug.

Tunisian 201: Listopad Stole

Advance your Tunisian crochet skills with this gorgeous wrap! This piece will be the perfect addition to your summer wardrobe. As this is a larger project made with a thinner yarn, classes are spaced out every other week to allow plenty of time to finish each section.

Acid Dye Workshop

Learn the basic principles of dyeing your own yarn! You will be able to dye your own yarn to bring home at the end of class. This class is limited to 4 students, so be sure to sign up quickly!

Cascade Special Events

Shannon, the owner of Cascade Yarns, will be coming to host a yarn tasting and a color theory class! Sign up for one or both and join us for a fun day of playing with yarn.

Current and Finished Projects 

I got to see Kaylen's "No Frills Sweater" in person and it is GORGEOUS. Those that finish their KAL/CAL projects before June 1st will be eligible to win some pretty cool prizes. Please remember, in order to be eligible to win you must complete the finished object form. Checkout all the details HERE. 

Enjoy my ALMOST finished striped sweater in Cascade Woolpaka. This sweater is a Tunisian crochet pattern test for @tinycouchcrochet. If you're looking for Tunisian crochet patterns, she has so many fabulous designs!

In between my sweater projects I finished my Jaywalk Socks! These were so much fun to crochet and its a great pattern if you've never crocheted socks.
